Overnight Technical support Rep Schedule from 12 midnight til 7 am Description The Technical Support Associate, Tier I plays a critical role in providing support to Experian Marketing Services clients on both the Cross Channel Marketing Platform and CheetahMail tools after regular business hours. This team will process password reset requests from clients as well as escalate other issues directly to account team members or the technology team for further review. In addition, the Technical Support Associate will process incoming emails from clients to ensure compliance with the law and client SLAs. Requirements: •1+ year experience in call center industry (preferably overnight shift) •Ability to work overnight and on weekends and U.S. holidays •High school degree required, BA or equivalent preferred •Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills •Outstanding communication skills and English fluency •Keen attention to detail and sense of urgency •Proficiency in basic Web applications •Willingness to learn •Positive attitude
