Oversee the smooth and efficient running of Finance Department • To take responsibility in preparation of financial reports and other financial information to Innov8 Management • Implement and ensure appropriate financial and internal controls in compliance with company policies and procedures are followed. • To do financial forecasting, planning and analysis process, and identify, resolve potential financial risks areas in timely manner and prepare monthly and annual financial report for Directors and General Manager • Manage compliance with statutory authority and audit requirements • On a monthly basis conduct balance sheet reconciliation for review by Managing Directors/General Manager • Ensure the monthly reconciliation of ledgers • Coordinate and prepare annual budgets • Ensure that the business cash flow adequately support company work activities and produces optimal result • Prepare and check monthly staff payroll, payments to suppliers and subcontractors and other related financial activities • Ensure all finance records are kept accurately and securely • Attend meetings if required • Present, implement and manage financial plan that includes both short- and long-term financial goals for the company. • Responsible for developing and maintaining financial and investment relationships for Directors and advising accordingly. • Performing in-depth analysis • Research and analyse investment opportunities for Directors, including assessing the risks involved, the returns required and the potential for short and long term gains, ultimately making trading recommendations to management • Communicating with financial services providers and build and effectively manage relationships and trust with clients • Preparing clear recommendations • Negotiating with providers of financial products • Keeping detailed records • Producing financial reports for Directors investments • Keeping clients and company management regularly updated about their investments Skills - Proficient in using MS Office and software application (Peachtree, Tally, Quantum) - Strong interpersonal skills and communication both verbal and written - Maintain a superior compliance record - Working knowledge of accounting disciplines - Master’s Degree in Finance / CII advance diploma / CPA certification or equivalent
