Oxford Daffodil Kirtan Spring, with its warm sun and verdant - TopicsExpress

Oxford Daffodil Kirtan Spring, with its warm sun and verdant sheen, is appearing again to jolly us along in life, and to launch a new season of kirtan. Our principal kirtan leader for this, our annual Daffodil Kirtan, will be our good friend Jahnavi, pictured above, (who plays with and on the violin masquerarding as a moustache). Jahnavis kirtans are full of heart and her voice is an instrument of joy. As the first kirtan of this year we propose a one-off three hour session, and please note that for this kirtan the venue will also change - although it is only a stones throw from our old St Giles venue, and easy to find. If you like the new venue we can consider it for future kirtans. Our Daffodil Kirtan will take place next Sunday, the 23rd of March, from 4pm - 7pm, at our new location, the Oxford Centre for Hindu Studies (OCHS), Magdalen St, (entrance between Jaegar and the Odeon cinema). Please feel free to bring your own daffodil offering - the more the merrier, (and remember that they take a few days to blossom if purchased). As its an extended kirtan feel free to arrive and leave whenever suits you. Until Sunday, and in anticipation of a wonderful musical meditation.
