Each year, the University of Oregon awards more than one million dollars in financial aid and scholarships to international students. One of their scholarship programs is the ICSP scholarship which awards 30–40 competitive scholarships to international students each year. Scholarships apply to tuition only and range from $7,000–$27,000 per year. University of Oxford Graduate Fellowships : The University of Oxford Graduate Fellowships (UOGF) are merit-based awards that are open to students of any nationality who will be registered as full-time graduate students (Masters or Ph.D.) at the University of Manitoba. The fellowships are valued at $18,000 for PhD students, or $14,000 for Master’s students for a 12-month period.
