Ozark, AL (WSFA) - The Ozark Police Department is looking for an armed and dangerous suspect whom they say robbed a gas station on Hwy. 231 Friday evening. The robbery happened around 7 p.m. at the Shell Station at the intersection of Hwy. 231 and Deese Road. Police say the was approached by a male suspect, identified as 33-year-old Eric Lamont Eutsey. The man then demanded money from the register. The clerk complied with the demands and Eutsey fled the scene on foot, police say. The clerk was not injured. Eutsey is 5 5-7 and approximately 180 to 200 lbs. He is dark complected with dreadlocks and gold-lined teeth. He is also said to be carrying a handgun. Eutsey is from Midland City and has strong ties to the Wiregrass area and Miami, Florida. He has an extensive background involving violence and is being considered armed and dangerous, police say.
