Meaning to say its a protocol only made by the Government not passed by the law. This should not be exercise by any officials because of its secrecy to the LAW of the Philippines and also to the PEOPLE of the Republic of the Philippines. I ask you everyone, just a simple question. If someone took, used and spend any possession you have without having your own permission, what would you call to the person who have done this kind of thing? Yes. THIEF. MAGNANAKAW. All people who are part of the Pork Barrel scam case should be judge by the law. Also to this new controversy about DAP should be judge also by the law.
