PACERS’ Roy Hibbert Seeking Loud and Crazy Fans for Season 4 of Area 55 INDIANAPOLIS – Indiana Pacers center Roy Hibbert has purchased 55 season tickets that he will give away to 55 loud and crazy fans for Season 4 of Area 55. Area 55 made its debut during the 2010-11 Pacers season, and is comprised of loud, crazy, energetic, die-hard Pacers fans, Roy Hibbert fans, fans who dressed the part, fans who lead chants during the game and fans that weren’t afraid to be seen on the NBA’s best scoreboard. Hibbert is bringing back the area for the 2013-14 Pacers season. As a member of Area 55, fans will receive one season ticket in the section located in the Krieg DeVault Club Level, an exclusive Area 55 t-shirt and access to special events with Roy. Fans will be selected by Hibbert himself through a special audition process starting July 25. Fans can audition for their spot in Area 55 by either going to Pacers/area55 and uploading a video (not to exceed 30 seconds) on why they “deserve a seat in Area 55” or by auditioning in person Saturday, August 10, from 12:00 – 1:30 p.m. at the Nora Kroger at 1365 E 86th St. Online applications must be submitted by August 11. Hibbert will select the top fans for a special final audition on August 14 in Bankers Life Fieldhouse. A panel of judges, including Hibbert, will decide who are the 55 most energetic, loud and dedicated fans that will earn a spot in Area 55 for the 2013-14 season.
