PACTCHES-MIMI-SUGAR-TOMMY-MITTENS. Five delightful little kittens, face the daunting prospect of five tiny body bags sometime tomorrow. These 6-week-old wee ones are just starting their lives and by all rights, should be chasing ribbons and snoozing on warm laps. Instead, this crew is hoping that a New Hope rescue partner has enough money, time, and resources to whisk them away to safety tomorrow morning. Babies like these should not be dying every day on the NYC taxpayer dime....but tomorrow is just another day at the shelter, and this entire litter will be lost to us unless we HURRY!
