PAGASA 24-HOUR PUBLIC WEATHER FORECAST issued at 5am 22 November 2013. SYNOPSIS: At 4:00 am today, a Low Pressure Area was estimated based on all available data at 240 km West of Zamboanga City (07.3N, 120.0E).Tail-end of a Cold Front affecting Northern Luzon. FORECAST: Bicol Region, Southern Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will be cloudy with rains. Metro Manila, Ilocos Region and the rest of Central Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains. The rest of Luzon will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast with slight to moderate seas.
