PAGASA 24-HOUR PUBLIC WEATHER FORECAST issued at 5am 30 Sept. 2013. SYNOPSIS: At 4:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "QuedanPH" was estimated based on all available data at 910 KM East of Borongan, Eastern Samar (12.0N,134.8E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center. It forecast to move North at slowly. FORECAST: Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Moderate to occasionally strong winds coming from the Southwest to West will prevail over the eastern section of Visayas and of Mindanao and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to occasionally rough, elsewhere winds will be light to moderate coming from the Northeast to East will prevail over extreme Northern Luzon and from the Southwest over the rest of the country with slight to moderate seas.
