PAKISTAN AH U NAU PANI HIN MITHI KIVUITE CHO DAWK SEK New Delhi, Friday, October 24, 2014 Two Pakistani brothers were arrested after it was revealed that they used to dig up corpses in order to make human curry and have it as food. After the revelation of the gruesome case of two brothers, the Pakistani government is now considering introducing an anti-cannibalism law, the Mail online reported. Despite several cases, cannibalism is still legal in Pakistan, but lawmakers have now filed a bill banning the exhuming of a corpse for consumption or use for magical purposes. The bill comes after the re-arrest of convicted cannibal brothers Mohammad Arif Ali, 35, and Mohammad Farman Ali, 30, in April this year. They allegedly dug up more than 100 corpses from a graveyard in order to eat them. Two bills have been filed in the Pakistani National Assembly this week, banning exhuming a human body with intent to eat, sell or to use for magic purposes and making consumption of human flesh punishable, the report said. The bill makes robbing graves for such punishable -- a mandatory jail sentence of 10 years to life, and at least seven for eating human flesh. The Ali brothers were re-arrested after the head of a three-year-old boy was discovered in their home in the town of Darya Khan in Bhakkar District.
