PAN FRIED TANIGUE WITH MANGO TOMATO SALSA Ingredients: Salsa: 1 pc medium-ripe mango, small diced 1 pc tomato, small diced 1 pc small red onion, small diced 1 pc green chili, seeded and minced 1 pc red chili seeded and minced 1/8 tsp salt 1 tbsp lime juice 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp minced cilantro ½ kg Tanigue fillet, cut into 4 steaks ¾ sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® ½ cup flour ¼ cup vegetable oil Procedure: 1. To prepare salsa, combine mango, tomato, onion, green chili and red chili. Season with salt and lime juice. Add olive oil and cilantro and mix to combine. Store in the refrigerator for 1 hour. 2. Meanwhile, season fish with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Coat with flour and set aside. Preheat a large pan over medium heat and add oil. Pan fry fish for 2 minutes per side or until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside to rest for 5 minutes. 3. Place salsa on a serving cup and place fish on serving plate. Serve immediately.
