PANEER BUTTER MASALA: Paneer (cottage cheese) 500GM cut in to cubes Onion. Paste of 2medium Garlic paste. 1tbsp Ginger paste. 1tbsp Turmeric powder. 1tsp Coriander powder. 1tbsp Posta, Cashew roasted and grounded 1tsp each White butter 100gm Red chilli powder. 2TSP Garam masala powder. 2TSP Oil. 1tbsp Curd. 100GM Mix curd with 1tsp Ginger-garlic paste salt and half garam masala powder and marinade paneer for half an hour, then shallow fry lightly.Melt butter in a open pan add onion paste saute add Ginger-garlic paste. Coriander and turmeric powder and stir till it leaves oil, add posta cashews paste and stir for few mnts ,add red chilli powder and salt and 2cups of water bring it to boil now add paneer and garam masala powder and cook coverd for 5mnt. Leave for few mnts before serving. Garnish with fresh cream and greated paneer or fresh coriander leaves.
