PARKING ATTENDANTS 6:30am - 10:00am One person at each entrance. There is an entrance on Colfax street and on Harper Place street. They both have "parking entrance" signs. When the vendors start to arrive, they can pull in thru the Harper Place entrance. They need to be reminded that their vehicles have to be moved by 9:30am over across the street on Elm Hill pike in the grass field. When the artisans and demonstrators start to arrive, direct them to the front yard. This is where they will be setting up. Remind them that their parking area is the parking lot across the street. 9:30ish am - 5:00pm When visitors start to arrive, they will need to park in the grassy areas off of Colfax drive entrance and the Harper Place entrance. Please see the attached sketch on where and how to park the vehicles. Handicap parking: They will need to pull into the Harper Place entrance. The parking is designated by the handicap parking sign past the vendor booths. We will need one person at the entrance on Harper Place, one at the entrance on Colfax Street, and one person on Elm Hill pike to handle the demonstrators/artisans parking. We will also need another person at each of the locations listed above to point cars to the right direction on where they need to park their vehicles.
