PARKING FEES collected by Malls and Multiplexes theatres which collect hefty parking fees from customers visiting for doing business.The Buildings and such multiplexes which are given permission by concerned local authorities in respective jurisdiction of city municipal limit .Our Municipal authorities provide permission to construct large buildings for commercial purpose under the building by laws where in parking is mandatory for all the buildings with respect to area and size of building . The PARKING AREA is itself mandatory for all such building which accommodate visitor VEHICLES who enter for doing business in the same building located in the basements or upper ground floor. PARKING is compulsory provision under the building by laws it should be freely provided by the building owner to all its customers visiting the premises IS they have any RIGHT TO COLLECT PARKING FEE ?
