Pain started for no clear reason. Out of work. Taking OTC analgesics. Otherwise healthy. • Pain worse with prolonged or slouched sitting, getting up from sitting. • Sometimes better with walking, sitting with lumbar roll. • Pain intensity: LB=8, leg = 5 (of 10) foot numbness = 8 of 10; RMDQ = 4 of 24.
