PART 10 (who wants cancer) Here are the simple guidelines for making healthier eating choices…. -Read labels carefully. If sugar, fat or salt is one of the first three ingredients listed, it is probably not a good option. -Be aware that words appearing on the label such as sucrose, glucose, maltose, lactose, fructose, corn syrup, or white grape juice concentrate means that sugar has been added -Look at not just the percentage of calories from fat but also at the number of grams of fat. For every 5 grams of fat in a serving, you are eating the equivalent of one teaspoon of fat. -If a snack doesn’t provide at least 2 grams of fiber, it’s not a good choice -Also replace your white table salt with Himalayan Pink Salt which is very healthy for you versus white table salt which has been stripped of all it’s nutritional value and is very unhealthy. The body NEEDS salt for all of it’s nutrients the problem is that all restaurants and most homes have the white table salt that has been stripped of ALL the nutrients and just has bad effects on the body. -Drink plenty of filtered or purified water every day. It is mandatory to drink at least 48-64 ounces of water a day. Humans carry an average of 10 gallons of water in their body and they need to drink at least 48 ounces a day to replace the water that is lost through urination, sweat, and breathing. I am back on to drinking a MINIMUM of a gallon a day, usually I am at 5 quarts but would like to get to 6 quarts a day. I have gone through times when I am down to 1 or 2 quarts a day but now that I am back up to 4-5 quarts a day I am feeling SO much better and starting to lose fat and that is the ONLY thing that has changed in my life. Water carries waste materials from cells to the kidneys so they can be filtered out and eliminated so it helps get toxins out of your body to!
