In this 2-hour class (2 sessions) Erin Ryan will take you through the design and construction of your very own (miniature) wood-fired cob oven. This class will introduce the neophyte cob oven builder to all phases of cob oven creation (planning, design, materials, construction, use, care) as well as the history of these earthen wood-fired cookers. Of course, you’ll learn about the proper safety gear to wear when wielding a chainsaw. There will be a variety of chainsaw models in the class and printed material to take home.
