PART TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY Crosley Gracie Jiu-Jitsu is currently looking for a front desk receptionist/customer service representative to work part time (20 hrs/week). TECHNICAL DUTIES Answers phone, provides program information and answers questions, greets all members and orients new participants, refers members to additional programs and services, engages prospects in taking trial lessons, provides information and follows up with prospective members, writes emails, schedules private lessons with current students, be motivational to current and prospective students, scans/signs in members, resolves billing issues with students as needed and promotes all events and specials offered from time to time. ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES Preaches and reinforces Crosley Gracie Jiu-Jitsus Creed, attends meetings, performs her duties in a manner that preserves and protects Crosley Gracie Jiu-Jitsus business reputation, observes Crosley Gracie Jiu-Jitsus policies and standards of conduct. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or GED. Someone professional, confident, polite, with experience in customer service and sales, experience with Microsoft Word/Excel and entering data on a PC. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Ability to work independently with enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, exceptional organizational skills and competent at multi-tasking effectively, ability to deal with a diversity of individuals, ability to communicate with people of all age groups, including children, ability to motivate others, excellent customer service, knowledge of safe martial arts principles (training provided), ability to follow directions, maintains a professional attitude toward responsibilities, fellow staff and members, punctual and exhibit a positive attitude, projects a professional image through dress, behavior and attitude. COMPENSATION TBD (starting at $10/hour). Opportunity for increase pay, earning paid sick days, paid holidays and paid vacations is available upon excellent, steady work performance after a few months.
