PART TIME SUPPORT WORKER (OSHC) - ROSEMEADOW northcott.au Support Worker- OSHC / Northcott / Rosemeadow Part time - Fixed term until 30 June 2015 About the role The Outside School Hours Care program supports secondary students with disabilities who reside in the Campbelltown, Camden and Wollondilly Local Government Areas. You will be responsible for the implementation of programs and activities and ensuring a high standard of care is provided, and the personal development of the children and adolescents is fostered. The successful applicant will work Monday-Friday 2.45pm-6.15pm at afterschool care and be required to work full time hours as a Senior Support worker during vacation care periods. About you Certificate 3 or 4 in Disability or Welfare or other relevant qualification/experience. Experience working with adolescents with disabilities and an ability to relate to them in an age appropriate manner Excellent communication, problem solving and organisational skills Ability to plan and implement activities appropriate to the individual needs of clients Current Senior First Aid certificate Current Working With Children Check Clearance Current NSW Drivers Licence and ability to use own vehicle for work Ability to drive a 12 seat mini bus Why work for us?
