PAT KELLY ,,I would like to know how and why something cant be done with this Guy he keeps owgetting drunk going to jail.four or five times.a week hes has went to jail four disorderly conductor. Let me see how many tietting outmes dam to many I canc remember. And keeps getting out after 6 hours thats bullshit he just got out Monday now hes back in tonight hes threatening people with knifes and still only goes to jail for 6 hours now whats wrong with this why cant something be done why does he going get 6 hours in drunk tank when. He beats on women and pulls knifes I thank you guys should investagate this Guy and put him where he belongs
