PATRONS:please read below for some very important information regarding our up and coming 24 HR fitness operations.Please be advised;all dates are tentative. For Major updates and information please contact Eglin Fitness Center 850-882-6223 PURPOSE: Provide overview of Eglin AFB 24/7 Fitness Center After Hours Access BACKGROUND: Air Force Services recently received authority for an AF wide implementation of Fitness Access after normal operating hours. This allows use for responsible DOD eligible cardholders to use the fitness center after normal duty hours. AUTHORIZED PATRONS: - Authorized Patrons: Active Duty Military Members and Dependents 16 years or older, All Appropriated/Non Appropriated DOD CAC holders, All Retirees and dependents 16 years and older. - All authorized patrons must request access and be registered with the Fitness Center (Bldg 810) to obtain access. - Each member will be required to fill out a Statement of Understanding and Compliance of Rules During Unmanned Hours to utilize the facility after duty hours. - Access card sharing is strictly prohibited and will result in the loss of privileges. This means allowing other to enter the facility without scanning their own ID card will result in loss of privilege. - Patrons acknowledge that there will be no supervision or assistance during unmanned hours and are expected to behave in accordance with Fitness Center rules and maintain good standards of conduct and discipline - It is highly encouraged that patrons use the Wingman Concept during unmanned hours. - Violation of the rules will result in loss of privileges. - Each member needs to understand that cameras will closely monitor all conduct in the Fitness Center during unmanned hours Initial Registration: - Each eligible patron will need to register their own ID card and no guests are permitted... - Active Duty Member Only: 19-23 January - All other eligible customers: 26-30 January - Normal Registration after 24 hour access begins will be (0800-1700) daily at the customer service desk at the Eglin Fitness Center.
