PAULA YOUNG WIGS WORST COMPANY EVER!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Please help spread the word! My mother is 85 and has Alzheimers. I live 3000 miles away. I ordered her a much needed wig and it wasnt right. I called them on day 89 of the 90 day return policy when I finally got to visit my mom. I asked them if I needed to send it over night to them or if they would make an exception. they AGREED to make a one time exception under the circumstances and exchange it. When the returns dept received it on day 95 they refused to take it back even though it was in pristine boxed condition because it was received after 90 days. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY! They do not keep their agreements! I will spread this ever where I can on the internet to tell people not buy from them! PLENTY of other companies you can buy nice wigs from for same price!!!! (Obviously Im really upset. My friends know I never do this sort of thing but they are terrible! So sad to do this to seniors!) By the way they have a 1 star rating on all the consumer reports!! The worst you can have!!!!
