PAULAS NUTRITION HACK: I saw this for the first time yesterday & I was LIVID after watching it & then I realized something...Elementary school me wouldnt have known the answers EITHER & that was back in the 90s & its only getting worse BUT it can be REVERSED. The fact is, if our children dont know what it is, THEY WILL NOT EAT IT. I challenge you today & for 2015 to play these vegetable games with your kids & then take on learning how to make a yummy + nutritious recipe TOGETHER with that vegetable.
