PAYROLL / ACCOUNTS OFFICER An established restaurant chain in the western suburbs of Sydney requires a Payroll/Accounts Officer to join our busy head office. This position is full time, Monday to Friday. This is an ideal position for someone located in the Liverpool/Macarthur area. You will be the payroll expert, willing to be hands on and capable of growing with our business as the numbers of paid employees goes through significant growth in the coming years. This will include end to end payroll processing and associated statutory requirements. Key selection criteria: It is essential that you have: • Experience in end-to-end payroll processing for F/T and P/T employees • Advanced knowledge in MYOB • Experience in accounts receivable • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite • High proficiency and accuracy in data entry and the use of spreadsheets • At least 3 years experience Key responsibilities: • Weekly payroll processing using MYOB, including PAYG, payroll tax & superannuation payments • Assisting with preparation of employment contracts • Data Entry • Answering Pay enquiries • General administration duties as required • Accounts Receivable • Internet Banking Your skills: In addition you will have: • Outstanding attention to detail • Strong verbal and written communication • Excellent organisational and time management skills • The ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously • Proven problem solving abilities • A great attitude and a proactive approach Package: $50,000 -$55,000 Salary range depending on experience.
