PAYROLL CLERK Our client is looking for an experienced payroll clerk to join their team. This is a temp-to-hire position and will start at about 30 hours per week. Pay: $12 to $13 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: •Collect weekly timecards from field employees and calculate daily hours / overtime •Enter information into payroll and crop the hours worked by ranch and plot •Communicate with employees when necessary and foremen •Call in new hires for medical evaluation and/or handle accidents reports and correspondence related to same •Assist with other areas, such as balancing monthly statements, adding inventory harvested from the fields each day, and enter inventory into system •Run errands as needed Qualifications: •Working knowledge of payroll •Familiar with Labor Laws desired •Knowledge in Workers Compensation Call our Lompoc office for immediate consideration at 735-6723.
