The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR) is starting to roll out their grassroots SB 76 campaign and we’ll see considerably more activity in the coming weeks. For those of you on Facebook, please go to their Facebook page and give it a “Like.” facebook/RealReform76 For those of you who are not Facebook subscribers, PLEASE consider joining. The PTCC page has more than 2,300 members and there’s always news and an active discussion. For those of you who are still wary, you can open an account with only a name and email address – no further information is necessary unless you choose to add something. Finally, Jim Panyard from Mediatrackers has a good SB 76/PAR story this week: mediatrackers.org/pennsylvania/2013/10/30/effort-end-pennsylvania-school-tax-gets-realtor-boost Right now it is important that we ignore the House and concentrate our efforts on the Senate where PAR is actively lobbying. Please write or call sponsoring Senators to thank them for their support and please call non-sponsors to ask them to join the effort.
