PDP President Mehbooba Mufti termed the Presidents Address incomplete as there is no mention of J&K issue. She gave two amendments to be included in the address.“The Government of India will address the issue of JK within the parameters of “Insanyat”, “Kashmiryat”and “Jahmooryat ” . Secondly, “The Government of India will adopt zero tolerance towards human rights violations”. She, however, welcomed the reference made to rehabilitate the displaced Kashmiri Pandits.
