PDP apparently linked to Dasho benjis remark:Hellow Digeul Nostek The rebuttal submitted by benjis lawyer accused DPT of committing offence of sedition of king,country and people.The word sedition according to oxford dictionary means conduct inciting to rebellion.This is yet another alarming and condemnable remarks made by Dasho benjis lawyer.Now probably this statement had made the principle opposition party uncomfortable to agrue against the remark made by dasho benji and DPT need to go beyond to prove that offensive statement made by lawyer younten dorji against them.The highly divisive,inflammatory,provocative remark made by Dasho benji is more of political influences and drama.His remark meant to be idiomatic and slang to himself is exposed when his lawyer turn the table and went offensive making serious allegation against DPT.We can now pretty assume that he had intentionally and deliberately made such remark against opposition party.By taking all point DPT made by PDP against,he had made nation in state of confusion and i strongly believed that DPT will make their stand clear.Some of the allegation made by dasho benjis lawyer and its affiliation with PDP. 1)Destress to nation economy,debt and rupee crisis:We they(PDP) and benji knows how to proudly talk about this issue,they dont reflect and look backward the achievement of DPT and the time when there was global market and financial crisis.I think DPT had brought numerous changes in the kingdom of bhutan although there was backdrop of global crisis.Our nation debt before democracy stand at 38b approximately and DPT debt to nation amount to 64b approximately.Today no country is without debt and almost all the country around the globe are in state of economic crisis.India under UPA II regime had went serious of rupee crisis,economic slowdown and high rate of inflation and similar trend were observed around the world.Which means bhutan who had its maximum support from outside interm of financial will ultimately collapse.We know bhutan had no source of money and for nation to develop we need to borrow money from outside,obviously there will be debt.Today we see most of villages are connected with road and electricity and i think it is under DPT that brought changes.We had lots of big hydroproject now going on which we can best say it is brought during DPT regime.Most of the money is being spent on hydroproject and other project like education city and willingness centre etc beside spending on most of the government planned activities.Wether it is statement from benji or PDP,they are same and one thing fighting from same table.PDP should stop displaying such political gimmick and dirty ideology.What is PDP doing now?last time when Indian government expressed unwillingness to extend support to some of key project,one of the ministry official quoted as saying DPT should take responsibility of spending huge money in hydroproject.But they failed to realise that they are government of this day and should taking responsibility of mobilising fund for it.It sound me like they are afraid to handle big project.It is the matter of aproach,way u handle diplomacy and the interest taken to ensure they(india) support.If indian govt expressed willingness to extend support and project can completed PDP is ready to take credits.When this people has joy to say abt debt debt and debt,tell to people of bhutan how much PDP had repair the debt and tell people of bhutan the status of nation economy today.People had elected PDP in their best interest to clear debt but it is just a dream.Gvt can through negotiation continue once incomplete project keeping in mind the amount of money incured in that projects..but it is all political vindicative PDP is playing.PDP expressed concern over debt and economy but they dont focused in repairing it!Rather PDP had first place increase their salary beyond than any asian politic can earn the amount,they are promoting used ecar,robbing project knowing that country is facing debt and economic crisis.Are they interested in introducing rupee crisis?Through technical error or what not, now PDP is imposing heavy tax people to compensate their source of salary increment..Inflation rate is high,unemployment rate is high in the country,nevertheless what comments does dasho benji and subsidiary karma ura make against it? 2)policy corruption and violation of law:policy corruption for me is those policy made by group of people for self benefit.People like dasho benji and PDP are good at marketing such word to demoralise image of other and they dont know policy corruption under their nose.when nidup zangpo lost post,when CEO and MD is handpick by PDP,when there is unreasonable taxation to people,when education ministry proudly approved private school proposal and no budget for geog,this is called policy corrupted paralysis.Establishing illegal BOIC,imposing tax beyond NA amendment,curving freedom of media,promising to increased salary of armed forces...that is called violation of law. 3)Unsurpation of royal prerogative-Such remark and statement from the lawyer of the country is unfortunate and condemnable.PDP promises to give census,granting kidu and promising to raised salary.Honourable benji should asked PDP if this is unsurpation of royal prerogatives or not? 4)3-5 domestic servants and duty free quota of Ex pm and minister:PM TT today enjoy 180000 salary and his cabies njoy whooping amount of nu.130000 as salary beside housing allowance and vehicle quota.Honourable lawyer younten dorji and benji should kno the fact that duty free quota enjoyed by ex pm and ministers are far less than those present day pm and ministers.When Former ex pm and minister used 3-5 domestic servant,what is the deal.Benji and PDP shouldnt feel greedy and jealous a about.If domestic servants njoy food,clothing and salary..that is must.But PDP minister taking one 1/2 domestic servant due to fact that they are afraid of loosing money to them and they(pdp)feel feeding those people would be diffi ult to them. 5)Education city:Dasho benjis lawyer go on talking about edu city which the PDP had robbed blind few months back.DHI chairperson,former land secretary joined in hand with PDP to robbed the project after spending huge money..otherwise those illegality should have sort before project start.PDP is running in state of confusion and feels they need to bring some project to present for people.party failing to fund geog for 2 successive 11five year plan,if able to bring big project will be miracle.So best choice of PDP is robbed,rename,take credit and present to people. 6)Appointment of illegal local agency.To solve the equation of PDPplus benjiplusthe bhutanese-DPT in this regard is simple.The issue of local agent is brought into light by so called PDP paper the bhutaneseafter benji made remark against DPT.BHEL had made their stand clear and express concern over lamsang allegation.Now we can pretty assume that it is lamsang who had insisted lawyer younten to raised issue of local agents. 7)Bhutan lottery business:while DPT according to some sources said had closed lottery business due to ethical value,PDP on other hand argued that BLB generate 200m annually..they promise to open lottery business within first hundred days of office,even now they are not able to do it.which means they have miserably failed and crying fool. 8)when PDP is sole culprit in gcase,it is very obvious that dpt might have blocked OAG if bychance what lawyer younten claim is true.It has been learnt that ACC had already submitted investigation report of foreign minister,but who is obstructing OAG from doing there job or OAG is finding auspicious day to prosecute foreign minister.
