PEARCE: CONDOLENCES FOR FAMILY OF LAS CRUCES BUSINESSMAN JUSTIN HARPER Las Cruces, NM (Oct. 15, 2014) Congressman Steve Pearce was saddened to learn of the passing of valued businessman and personal friend, Justin Harper, president and CEO of Citizens Bank of Las Cruces, who died of natural causes at his home Monday. Mr. Harper was a trusted leader in the financial community. He also served his community by dedicating his time to state and local organizations. “Cynthia and I send our deepest condolences to the family of our personal friend Justin Harper of Las Cruces,” said Congressman Steve Pearce. “He was a trusted leader in the financial industry in the Las Cruces area and served to better the community throughout the state. He and his wife, Bea, were champions of promoting business while keeping true to their roots in New Mexico. His leadership and skill as a businessman and significant service on several boards and foundations, including service with the Boys and Girls Club, will be remembered. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and coworkers at this time.”
