Sometimes leaving no option but to send papers by Registered Post Acknowledgement Due ... Papers still remain un-numbered well one has to approach the High Court on Mandamus....Direction issued ..tribunal now feels its forced to hear.... One rises to address the Court... Oh ! This is the case that came in a Registered Post and went to the High Court ? Yes! Your Honour Orders during the course of the day Well have to place my submissions Hmmm..The red brick building is just four kilometres away !
