~*~PENDING ORDER UPDATE~*~ Please Read ~ Hi, everyone! Weve made it to the weekend! We want to say THANK YOU again for all your orders from the last opening! It means so much to us! For those of you waiting, we sincerely thank you for your patience. You are truly the best customers! And to those of you whose orders have arrived - we hope you love every bit, and thank you for the awesome feedback that has been coming in! :) If youve been around LSC for a bit, you know that Pam has ongoing health problems and that she is a private person, and most importantly, she does not like to make excuses or run behind on her TAT. We decided it was important to share with you just a little of what is going on. First of all, the really good news is that orders have been shipping every day, and the TAT of November 19th that was posted on the website at the time of the opening has not passed yet! :) That is really super awesome news if you knew all Pam has had on her plate these last several weeks. As some of you know, Pam was hospitalized shortly prior to this opening, while preparing for it, which delayed the opening some. Without going into the personal details about her illness that caused her to be hospitalized, after the opening, the same illness has recurred and unfortunately slowed her down. In true Pam style, she is working hard and pushing through as best she can to get these orders out. But reasonably so, this has slowed her down more than she would like. We always like to under-promise and over-deliver on TAT so we can have more happy customers, and she had every intention of having all orders out early, if not definitely on time, shipped by November 19th at the latest; and as I said above, many, many orders have shipped and will continue to ship each day. On top of her illness that has come back, which will require more treatments, one of her precious doxies, Shelby, has fallen very ill, and she will be saying goodbye to him today. Some of you will remember Shelby, and there are pictures here on the page from when Shelby got his cart for his back legs a few years ago. Pams doxies are all precious to her, and this is a big loss. My heart is breaking for her right now. :( So all that to say, we wanted to give you a little heads up as to what is going on, and Pam is doing the best she can as a one-person business to get all your lovely smell goodies as soon as she can. :) It goes without saying that all orders may not make it out by November 19th with all this going on, but please know Pam is trying her absolute best! :) Even just now as I talked to her, she said she really is still shooting for Wednesday! Thats why we put that little clause on the TAT about possible extension past the date because we never know all the things that might happen during an opening and when filling orders with supplies, illnesses, crises, etc. :) I know this is very long; thanks for reading!
