PEOPLES POPE and PEOPLES CHAMP I could hardly believe the real score. When I am going to ask more people around, it seems the answer would be more intriguing. And I asked, Who of this two personalities made the world turn around? Probably some would say Pope Francis. But base on my creative imagination, it was not Pope Francis. Why? Because when the day he arrived in the Philippines people were busy posting their pictures in the internet, worthwhile some were in their business, and some were watching TV not for Pope Francis but what was the number of the airplane whom the Pope riding. 340 and 300 were sold out in PCSO Lotto Stations for Swertres, some were buying the numbers of the chanting VIVA IL PAPA! The worst thing that I conclude more, when Manny Pacquiao would have been in his fighting day, many people flock to watch pay per view in the wide screen, some were gambling. This is the scenario of our beloved nation. Manny Pacquiaos fight in every single round, a minute, an hour, but people focus the attention to the fight that makes the world stopped turning around. Yet even snatchers would stopped to see the fight. But now, the messenger of God comes to us, ARE WE PAYING ATTENTION? i hope so, because some were not really paying attention. Some were taking selfies and groupfies. Look at the recent celebration, even priests do their selfies during the Holy Mass, and yet we were being told during masses to put off the cellphone. Pope Francis celebrated the Mass in Manila and Tacloban in the ground but our priests did not want to have masses in the chapel (Sunday), that was being asked by the parishioners. The fight of Manny Pacquiao is for the glory of our nation. But the fight of Pope Francis is for the glory of our soul. THIS IS ONLY MY POINT OF VIEW. I HOPE this could not be misunderstood and I am asking to broaden your mind upon reading this message.
