(255976-T) Dear Sir, RE: DEMAND LETTER FOR RECRUITMENT OF 700 INDIA/NEPAL WORKERS FROM INDIA/NEPAL We hereby appoint your company to recruit India/Nepal male workers for employment with our company and liaise with relevant authorities concerning recruitment. Our recruitment terms and conditions are as follows :- 1. Number of workers : 200 persons 2. Job Category : general workers (services ) 3. Age : 25 - 35years old 4. Contract Period : 3 years 5. Salary Minimum Basic monthly salary : RM900/day(8HRS) x 26 days/month = 900.00 Allowance : a) Attendance : = RM - b) Food : = RM - c) Transport : = RM - d) Shift : = RM - e) Overtime (compulsory) : 4 hours/day x1.5#26 days = RM -624.00 ___________ Minimum Total (not less than RM1200.00p/m) = RM1,524.00 ________________ 6. Working days : Monday to Saturday 7. Working hours : 8 hours per day 48 hours per week 8. Overtime : In accordance with Malaysian Labour Law 9. Workmen Compensation : In accordance with Malaysian Labour Law 10. Accommodation : Provided free with electricity and water 11. Transportation : Wherever necessary, the employee will be provided free transportation to travel between his accommodation and his place. 12. Government Levy and Immigration: The employer shall advance to the employee a sum of RM 1,850.00 as payment to levy. 13. Annual Leave, Sick Leave and Public Holidays : Will be follow as per Malaysian Employment Act 1955. 14. Employee’s provident fund : Nil 15. Air Ticket : Single journey would be provided upon completion of the employment contract. 16. Yearly Medical : Yearly medical examination will be arranged as required by the Immigration Department of Malaysia and cost incurred will be borne by Employee by deduction of salary. 17. Restriction : a) That the Employee shall not marry with any Malaysian and shall not participate in any political activities and activities of those connected with Trade Union in Malaysia. b) That the Employee shall not change his employment during the contract period and shall not carry or do business without the written permission from the Employer. c) That if the Employee is found creating social problems and or engaged in any illegal subversive or criminal activities, then he will be dismissed with immediate effect and will be repatriated to India on his own expenses. 18. Termination of service The Employer reserves the right to terminate this agreement by serving one month notice to the Employee on the occurrence of any of following events :- 18.1 If the Employee breaches any of the restriction in clause 17 above or is convicted of any offence under any Law of Malaysia. 18.2 If the Employee’s Employment pass is withdrawn by the Malaysian authorities for any reason whatsoever. 18.3 If the Employee is absent from work for more than two (2) consecutive working days without a reasonable excuse. 18.4 If the Employee is discovered to be under 18 years of age. 18.5 If a doctor certifies the Employee medically unfit for employment. 18.6 If the employee is found to be pregnant (applicable to female employees only) 19. Working Area Or Job Side 19.1 Malaysian Airport Klia and Klia2, Government Hospital, Government Office and some other departments.
