PERLES % COMPANY perlesandco.co.uk/ I was very unhappy with this bead shop as I ordered almost 25 Luna Soft cabs. They were ALL thrown together in ONE bag with NO padding or wrapping. About five arrived cracked and scratched. I sent a very kind, informal honest email explaining the issue and then they starting emailing me adolescent, ridiculous demands. They wanting proof of the damage as if I were lying or trying to get a $1.00 cab for free OMG. I have ordered from them before but I have never in my life been so disappointed and humiliated. I am NOT a thief nor would I have ever contacted them unless something was wrong. This is only the second time in 30 years I have contacted a bead shop for a damaged item. Instead of treating me with respect and dignity they made me feel like a criminal, they wanted pictures which I have NO way to take, then went as far as telling me to ask a friend which I have NONE of, then simply refused to replace my damaged goods. How unethical over $5.00 worth of supplys?. I would NO recommend anyone to a company that can not even act with common courtesy. They would rather loose a loyal customer that spends hundreds then send out $4.00 USA worth of supplys, That is unjustified to me and so irrational that I just can NOT stay quiet, they need to be exposed. Sorry! It is not about the $4.00 it is about a large company having NO respect for there customers that support them and keep them in business. Please forward this onto many beaders because a company that is NOT willing to stand by and appreciate there customers does not deserve your money. MLS. Like ·
