PF SUCCESSION WARS, SCOTT BLOCKS CENTRAL COMMITTEE MEETING, EDGAR LUNGU SAYS MEETING WILL GO AHEAD; The search for President Micheal Satas successor has hit yet another dead end after Acting President Dr. Guy Scott threw in another apple of discord with his decision to block a crucial Patriotic Front Central Committee meeting convened by PF Secretary General Edgar Lungu. In what is shaping up to be a messy succession battle between the two groups, Scott has now reportedly deferred the meeting to an unknown date leaving the PF without a Presidential candidate indefinitely with about 76 days to go before Zambians go to the polls. However Patriotic Front Secretary General, Edgar Lungu has insisted that the scheduled Central Committee Meeting will proceed despite the illegal instructions from the party Acting President, Guy Scott. The drama and the suspense continues to unfold.
