PF government confirms Zambeef acting in and of themselves did not contaminate any meat! How come this clarification did not grab headlines? GOVERNMENT has established that the contamination of Zambeef meat products was from the source in the United Kingdom where the food was imported from. Health Minister Joseph Kasonde said this yesterday during a Press briefing to announce the achievements of the ministry for the first half of the year. Dr Kasonde said Government after ascertaining that the Zambeef meat products tested positive of Aromatic Aldahyde went ahead to establish the point of contamination of the food. “I wish to confirm to you, we have established the point of contamination.It was at the source, where it was imported from,” Dr Kasonde said.
