Number of Hours Weekly: 30 Number of Months of Experience Required: 0 Highest Level of Education Required: HS Diploma, or equivalent (GED) Job Title: Customer Service Agent Required Minimum Skills: The ideal candidate is an articulate speaker with exceptional customer service skills and an outgoing personality. - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Must be able to multitask and easily change as work flow conditions change - Proficient and accurate data entry skills, including typing text and 10-key Preferred Skills: - Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office programs - Six or more months of customer service experience in a call center (or other office environment) - Sales experience Job Description (Include required screenings such as drug, MVR, and/or background.): - Must pass background investigation and drug screening by employer - Must pass language and computer skills proficiency tests by employer - Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone. - Assist customers by answering questions and providing information according to company policies and operational manual. - Evening and weekend shifts may be available.
