PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE Directorate for Human Resource and Doctrine Development LIST OF VACANCY Unique Item No. : ADA4-108-2005 Position Title : Administrative Aide IV Salary Grade : 4 Qualification Standards Education : Completion of Two Years Studies in College Eligibility : Civil Service Sub-Professional; First Level Experience : None Required Training : None Required Duties and Responsibilities 1. Acts/prepares the typing of weekly, monthly, accomplishment report of the Command. 2. Act on the preparation of the referrals to other units. 3. Assist the Admin PNCO in maintaining records of all incoming and outgoing communications. 4. Performs other duties as may be directed. DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS Qualified applicants shall submit the following in a folder with proper tabbing: 1. Application Letter indicating the position applying for. 2. Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005 with 2x2 picture, thumbmark, TIN and Community Tax Certificate); 3. Curriculum Vitae indicating at least three (3) social networking accounts name and address; 4. Diploma and Transcript of Records duly certified by the school registrar; 5. Certificate of Eligibility (duly certified by the IRMO, CSC Main Office/PRC or result of verification with PRC/CSC Regional Office where the eligibility was issued, the official receipt must be attached); 6. Certificate of Trainings/Seminars related to the position being applied; 7. Previous Employment Records (to include Office Order of designation, if any); 8. Performance Evaluation Rating for one (1) year from previous employment; 9. Awards/Commendations/Recognitions; 10. PNP-DI Clearance; 11. NBI Clearance RECRUITMENT PROCESS PHASE 1 1. Submission of documentary requirements. 2. Initial screening of submitted documents. PHASE 2 3. Applicants will be notified to proceed for Phase 2. 4. Assessment and pre-evaluation. 5. Panel interview of applicants who passed the initial screening. PHASE 3 6. Final screening and final evaluation of qualified applicants. 7. Appointment to the NUP-PNP service of most qualified applicant.
