PHILOSOPHY OF LEADERSHIP A great leader inspires those to lead others Allow others to trust their own identity Empower us to feel what it means to be alive Live for something far greater than ourselves Great leaders connect people together Leads by example and never gives up the people Values others ideas, opinions, and thoughts without fail Acts upon them to give people a fair chance at success and learn from their opportunities A great leader defines and redefines the meaning of culture Communicates candidly, effectively, truthfully without withholding information or speak with a hidden agenda During times of tremendous stress and affliction, a great leader brings out the best in people Encourages individuality and challenge the minds A great leader embraces calculated risks, dares to face change and adversity Empowers the people and enlightens the un-enlighten Collaboration and networking become keys to success Gives the proper tools and guidance to succeed Never afraid of getting their own hands down and dirty at the very grassroots Encourages questions and dare others to challenge so true freedom can be expressed Embraces diversity and accepts all walks of life Displays integrity, motivates and open new doors Shows respect the to people and expects respect no matter the situation Recognize opportunities to prevent undue risk Uncover the talents and abilities of the people Welcome failure as a part of lessons to learn Patience is a strength that must be upheld Easy going in mannerisms, yet solidified like titanium Faith in the people, strong and unyielding Reaching out to those who will not or do not listen; touching them in a manner so to crack their shell It cannot be emphasized enough the importance of great leadership Great leaders prevent chaos and should chaos arise, an order created; a backup Plan B should Plan A prove fatal A fatal flaw would be to continue Plan A; like flying a plane when the engine is incomplete or completely stalled When a critical need for radical change is recognized, a great leader must Act. No time to mince words, no time for pride, and no time for ego. The time to Act is now! Hidden behind a shadowy veil ... from the fiery ashes ... the smoke will clear and a true leader will arise.
