PHYSICAL CALIBRATION PROCESS OF ANALYZER OXYMAT – 61 BEFORE BOILER 1-CASE OF OXYGEN ANALYZER CALIBRATION AT FIRST SWITCH OFF THE PUMP. IN 2-Open the sample line after fine filter/moisture sensor filter but before analyzer. 3=Then calibrate for zero calibration in the presence of atmosphere air with setting zero calibration of set point 20.95% of O2. 4-Next connect the nitrogen cylinder to the open point of analyzer sample. 5-Then calibrate for span calibration having set point 0% of oxygen. ULTRAMAT AND CALOMAT (BEFORE CHAMBER) 1- In case of ultramat and calomat calibration pump may be switch off /running condition but remove the supply line of solenoid valve(inlet)to close this valve. 2- Open the sample line after fine filter /moisture sensor filter but before analyzer . 3- Connect the nitrogen cylinder to opening point . 4- Make zero calibration of calomat hydrogen having set point of 0% of hydrogen and same time. CALOMAT H2 H2 - 1- ZERO 0%- IN PRESENCE OF N2 GAS 2- SPAN 9.99% - IN PRESENCE OF H2 GAS OXYMAT O2 1- ZERO 20.95%- IN PRESENCE OF ATMOSPHERE 2- SPAN 0%- IN PRESENCE OF N2 GAS NOTE- for accurate calibration of analyzer there should be individual gas cylinder of CO, CO2, H2 AND N2.. 5- Make zero calibration of oxygen in ultramat having set point of 0%of oxygen. 6- Then remove nitrogen cylinder and connect hydrogen cylinder . 7- Make span calibration of hydrogen in colomat having set point of 9.99%of hydrogen. 8- Now remove the hydrogen cylinderand remain open the sample line to atmosphere. 9- Now select auto calibration to make span calibration of oxygen(ultramat) and zero calibration of CO & CO2 (ultramat) simultaneously having set point corresponding (O2-20.95%, CO-0% & CO2 -0%. 10- Now connect CO2 cylinder to open point to atmosphere and make span calibration of CO2 having set point of 25%of CO2. 11- Next remove CO2 cylinder and connect CO cylinder and make span calibration of CO having set point of 25%of CO. NOTE- before going to calibration you should check the set point of corresponding calibration (zero/span) of analyzer as given below..
