PIA-NCR: Tropical Storm "Emong" has maintained its strength and continues to move in a northward direction packing maximum winds of 75 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 90 kph. Tropical Storm "Emong" is expected to be out of the Phil. Area of Responsibility by tomorrow morning. According to Pagasa, the storm will continue to enhance the Southwest Monsoon and will bring moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms over Visayas and the Western sections of Luzon including Metro Manila.
