PICNIC ITEMS…………………………………………………………. Picnic Chairman Justin & Kelly Massie 388-7099 Russ & Jill Stundebeck 388-6915 SET UP TABLES ON THURSDAY – We will need some people to help set up tables in the dining room. Those that are able to help, please call the chairman or e-mail Joleen DINING ROOM SET UP – All table heads are to be there on Friday evening before the picnic. Other chairman that help with the dining room are needed to help also. Table Set up to be Friday @ 4:30 pm. Chairpersons: Please bring table decorations for your table if you would like. FOOD - Each family is asked to bring and leave in School Kitchen for the Picnic: Cabbage—please leave cabbage by Saturday evening 2 loaves of Homemade bread Powdered Milk Margarine (We again need Powdered Milk and Margarine for baking/cooking) 2 pies or 1 cake---As always pies are needed and cream pies go fast! Last Names beginning with A thru J – 1 gallon Whole Corn K thru Z - 1 gallon Green Beans Please bring your food on Friday evening or Saturday if possible. The kitchen door will be open before and after Saturday evening Mass and before the 8 am Mass. If you are donating money instead of food, please drop it off at the rectory or drop the donation in the collection marked “Picnic” . BOOTH – Booth Chairman--your booth will be placed in a spot by the “Put up Stands and Booths people”. If you will need help erecting your booth, please be sure to be there at 8 am on Saturday. You will also need to obtain prizes, if necessary, for your booth. All booths will be set up Saturday morning @ 8 am. If you can’t make it, please get someone to take your place or call Justin/Kelly Massie or Russ/Jill Stundebeck to make other arrangements. Booths are to be taken down Sunday night. Lawn Chairs are helpful to have at your booth so bring those if needed. RECEIPTS - Please keep all receipts and turn in to Joleen at the Parish office or Justin/Kelly or Russ/Jill. Please carry out your assigned duties and help make the picnic successful! Please phone your workers and remind them of their duties. Generally …..booths need to be open from 1 pm to closing.
