PICTURE . . . . . . All of us had seen action, adventure, drama movies. We love and enjoy watching them. The story, the actors, the fighting scene and everything That makes a world the world is What makes a motion picture a motion picture. One of the items that I put in the picture is the extra- large diaper hanging behind the painting. The conversation i conducted in chavacano with my granddaughter or to all children for that matter is my, let’s say, strategy to invite attention on a preposterous, ridiculous illustration of animal characters in a hilarious manner, but at the same time allowing their imagination the freedom to catch the picture of an idea about the concepts, ideas, and intentions of people with different characters, whether they represent the good, or the villain in a story. I said that that’s the baby diaper of the “Kapre”. Every action movie has an effect in everyone; and that effect is violence; a force that is so destructive that it can kill both the good and the bad. And we human beings have adopted it from this giant creature “The Kapre” or “The Nephilim”, The Bully. Bully means beast. The item that is hanging on my breast is used for hunting kalaw, kikig, and bull. Richard Gere killed Goliath, the Bully in the movie. That is a True Story in The Bible; not fiction. In real life then, countless bullies are all around us, beginning under our own roof down to our neighbors living under their own roof. In their language of their souls, the Greeks, like Homer, who wrote epic legends, The Iliad and Odyssey; a tale and adventure of heroics have created A Myth, not an untrue story but profound story drawn from their reservoir of imagination and idea that were so vast in scope that cannot be measured by the yardstick of analytical intellect in order for their love of knowledge and, or wisdom which they call philosophy to flower or flourished into a Real, True Power of The Mind. Honor and Nobility, Courage and Strength are aspect and substance attributed to man that makes a man a Man, that is Real, and True. Thus, the Greeks have great Writers, Poets, and Philosophers. Philosophy simply means an attempt to think clearly, like: “What is a picture?” Alexander the Great’s idol and hero is Achilles. He learned many things about his and other’s culture, heard many majestic stories, a genius in the art of war under the tutelage of Aristotle; a Philosopher-Teacher. He seeks Lordship or Sovereignty over the soil with armies. This is a true story. Another true story is of A Man, a carpenter, all alone by Himself without fighting for any possession of land yet, has gained extra dominion over the soul of men living upon every land. Aristotle was a pupil of Plato, who established a school called Academy; and Plato was a Learner of Socrates. Socrates likewise is a Lone Philosopher who put the City of Athens, or the Athenians to shame. It was a case of “Idea” or “An Idea”. He was accused of corrupting the youth. If he had defended himself based of the Nature/All Finding of Free Speech and Suppression from Speech against the Athenians citizens and their gods, their “honorable”, ”noble” leaders’ hypocrisy, selfishness, stupidity, folly, and vanity this lone useless and nothing old man would have gained acquittal, but instead, he submitted himself to death by drinking the poison hemlock to put them all and their cherished Democracy to shame. Again, another giant in mythology, the Cyclop, son of The Lord of the Sea has a single eye for violence without mercy, without consideration is The Father of violent people in this world. In the movie, Beckim Femue (this spelling is wrong, i’m sure of it but the sound is correct) ridiculed the Cyclop as they escaped and left the island of the Cyclops. Armand Assante another actor I remember in the past played the role of Odysseus, Harry Hamlin played Jason. Gordon Mitchell played Achilles, Steve Reeves, Gordon Scott, Brad Harris; all played the role of Hercules. Another movie i remember of Steve Reeves was a fighting scene of him as Aeneas against Ajax with a cestus. I think the title of that film is The Fall of Troy. Rom, my first reminder, there will be no second, or i will sue you and file a case in the court of friendship if you will not comply with our deal we made last year. If you have the time, please, please, please down load all the Hercules movie for me. Buy me a USB. Your friend has no money and knows nothing about down loading or using the internet. Don’t you know Tarzan? So do it for me Rom, i like to see them again. Forget the Tarzan movies. Here are the lists of movies i have requested you: Where Eagles Dare of Richard Burton and Clint Eastwood; Warren Beatty, Heaven Can Wait; Burt Lancaster and Lee J. Cobb, The Law Man; Frank Sinatra, Von Ryan’s Express; Gregory Peck, Omar Sharif, Mackenies or Mackenas Gold, sounds something like that; The Professionals with Lee Marvin, Jack Palance; and the last two movies of Steve McQueen, one Western, a True Story, and other is something like a modern Bounty Hunter, and Jason And The Argonauts. Try to see if there’s Samson, Hercules, Machiste, and Ursus. You may give it to me in June, so take your time but don’t forget. So, now, you have to have a hero of your own in your life like Alexander had in order to be Great. You have to hear those Philosophers and others, and try to think clearly—stubbornly if you must. In every action movie, the violence of martial “arting” of the good guys is based on control, for defense, right, good, and sound reason always prevail over the violence of evil or villain’s enterprise rooted in lies and deception; delusion, greed, and anger and human beings, our own fellow men has inherited those evil traits. In the movie “The One”, the enemy of Jet Li is Jet Li. It is the one against the one, ot the one against himself. To a healthy cell, a germ, or a virus, or bacteria is evil and vice versa. Either one will remain, or both will die together. This phenomenon of killing each other for food to keep one’s self alive is the entire activities of all living things subjected to survival. For us human there is a Law based on the “First Principle” Of Life with the “First Virtue” called Consideration in order for us to come to understand the vital Mystery of Life and of Death. That Law is The Golden Rule. This Rule is Total, Complete, and Absolute Just Law. Any other system, and/or process of Law digested from the fruit of concepts/mental and theories, or the insufficiency of human knowledge is bound to commit errors and crimes. This Rule is set, therefore if we all apply this consistently and sufficiently, then our death us human being will be happy, for that is what “Religion” teaches, to know how to die and die happy, knowing that we are a clean food for GOD. In one’s life, one must kill the false in him while he is still living before it kills him, but he must remain alive to tell tales about “It” and must find a way to talk about the Mystery for which there is no word, or he may just do nothing and wait for the final freedom. Flying kick, round kick, side kick, or bullet, Jet Li cannot kill The One. That One will always remain the same that way. Its dedication for violence and killing is relentless. In The Gods Must Be Crazy, the central ingredient of the story is the empty bottle of coke which is nothing and useless to the civilized people who has plenty of it. This has become the main problem of the Bushman, especially the lead actor who made his journey to the end of the earth to throw it off. The real, true enemy of these illiterate, ignorant, innocent bush people is the civilized ambitious men, or people of intention, invention, and machination. In Reality and in Truth the mortal-Divine man’s greatest enemy is the same two-legged mortal-Divine man through and by That One; Juan Atuntao, or John Doe. So man,s enemy is man. If these Bushmen had no contact with the outside world, or the vast world of unenlightened civilized people, it is Paradise Regain already. This is the first leg i’m talking about; the picture in motion. The other leg is Paradise Lost which you and i will talk without limit, even ending and yet… You see i am very forgetful person when it comes to names, titles, or words but i never forget faces. What was that name of the Author who wrote these two books, Paradise Lost and Paradise regain? It’s right here at the tip of my tongue. See, when you can’t, you really can’t. But when you stop thinking about it, it just comes without effort. But never mind I haven’t read those books either. It’s the title of the book that fits with the picture. I don’t read books for more than 2 decades now, except lately last December, when we went to SM National Bookstore to buy books suited for ages 9 to 12 for my granddaughter together with her mother. I was looking for the book “Hope For The Flowers” for her but I couldn’t find, so i bought one for me instead of Hermann Hesse, “Siddharta”. Then i gave it to Jung Jung Fernandez this January. I’m more of a bushman here alone in my seclusion. I don’t need other concepts to enter into my mind and makes it look checkered. I can’t recall how the story ends. Where he able to get rid of the bottle? Now that’s a stupid question. This moment I’m stupid. Just a while back i said that most stories in the movie the good always win against the bad; like the tandem of Terence Hill and Bud Spencer movies where the villain ends up being battered in the end. Comedy pictures are like that, nobody dies, nobody cries, everybody laughs. But there are some pictures in the movie that can make us cry in the middle of the story but ends with the “happily ever after” phrase. There is one story that clicks with our subjects of talk; the tragic ending of Romeo and Juliet. I remember one actor there; Michael York. The actors who played the role of Romeo and Juliet i have no remembrance of now. But i think it was Olivia Hassey who played the role of Juliet. I’m not sure, i was guessing, so i don’t know. My point is is that if there were cell phones at that time Shakespeare would have had to find another way to have a tragic ending of that story as intended; by throwing the cell phones or deviate from it and set up another plot or establish another scene that would have had the same end result and discard that turtle messenger out of the picture. Or, if he used a cellphone as is purposely intended for use to relay messages only of importance, then perhaps the ending might be different. But not an ounce of doubt in me if he were here alive in person with his literary genius as a poet, or tragedy writer with all these magic gadgets can become an obstacle to his vast mind. He also wrote comedies. . . . . . . . . . . . .With the 3rd. shot picture next. . . . . . . .
