Studies show a student will learn and remember but after 4 hours they stop and their brain needs a rest. Many of the youth learn more than physical fitness in this class they get confidence and learn things for college. If no one enrolled the ones making these stupid decisions would not have a job. Many youth have tried to talk to the administrator and was told to bad. Western way is not our native way of learning .
