PIO DINAGAT ISLANDS Weather Bulletin no.7: HAGUPIT will enter PAR tomorrow morning and will named #RUBY with winds of 160kph with gustiness of 190kph. It is expected to make landfall on saturday afternoon or evening and with occurence of Storm Surge from 3-4 meters. Expect moderate to intense rain from 5-20mm to affected areas especially along track of Ruby. Possible flashfloods in low lying areas and landslides in mountanous areas. Coastal waters along the Eastern seaboard of southern luzon,visayas and mindanao will be rough to very rough and dangerous to all sea vessels. Fyi
