PLDT sucks! BiGTIME!!! Was told PLDTs DSL service has been down since Friday but was told only about the downtime Saturday morning. Even within your own company, you dont know??? WTF!!! And you dont even have the courtesy to call and tell your customers of this vital service interruption? Why? You only call your customers when you have new services to offer and to remind us of our obligation to pay our bills? But to inform us of your downtime, you are too busy to call? BULL!!! I will write a complaint about this, sir, so you will be given a discount or rebate for those days you were unable to use our service. What???You know about this downtime and yet you wait for a call from an irate customer to write a complaint so you can then give us rebates or discounts? WTF!!! Ayusin nyo nga kompanya mo MVP!!!
