PLEASE ADVISE: I sold an expensive pair of headphones, sent the item to customer in Finland. Packaged it very well with bubble wrap etc. Buyer emailed me this morning stating the package arrived but when he opened it the headphones werent there! He says that on the envelope theres a stamp from the post office that says - goods damaged Hes sent me pictures of an empty envelope. He hasnt opened a case yet. Where do I stand? Do I need to refund him? Did he really sign for an opened damaged package? Will I get refunded by royal mail. I did insure the postage as it was an expensive item. Please advise. Thanks in advance.
