PLEASE BE INFORMED BATCHMATES! 29TH FOUNDATION DAY (Birthday Celebration) August 10, 2014 Schedule: *Registration (database) -Girlstown only -100 annual due (NOTE: if you pay 100 pesos last March 16 alumni you will not pay any more) -For those batches assigned in the Boystown NO STAMP NO ENTRY -60 Pesos for the lunch HERE IS THE SCHEDULE: 6:00 am-7:00am – Holy Mass with the children’s 7:00 am-7:30am – Personal Prayer 7:30 am-8:30am – Holy Mass for the graduates (NOTE: during the mass please observe silence be SOM enough because ever since no Peaceful mass during graduates mass) 8:45 am-9:30am – Children’s program -magic show (NOTE: for the Girlstown only host by 15th batch) -9:30 am to 12nn (games for the Girlstown) 9:45 am-10:30am – Children’s program -magic show (NOTE: for the Boystown only host by 15th batch) -10:30 am to 12nn (games for the Boystown) 12:00nn – LUNCH BREAK 1:00 pm-3:00pm – Batch Meeting 3:00 pm-4:00pm – Confession (Girlstown memorabilia) 4:00 pm-5:00pm – Holy Mass (Girlstown memorabilia) Batch 22nd (GIRLSTOWN) St. LUCIA ST. JULIETA ST. JANE ST. HILARIA ST. IRMINA NOTES: 1. Games for the children will be from 9am (assembly time for both the graduates & children then 10am to 12nn Games proper 2. We are encouraging the graduates to bring goodies (food items or school supplies) for the children to be deposited in the boxes near the guardhouse for equal distribution. 3. Please be aware of the proper attire in entering the campus, avoid wearing shorts and mini skirts/sleeveless (for girls) 4. Registration will be at the Girlstown only. 5. Those batches assigned at the Boystown campus for the games will be allowed to enter the campus starting 9am only. 6.
