PLEASE HELP ME - I DIE ON THURSDAY, 12/05/13, UNLESS SOMEONE LIKE YOU STEPS UP FOR ME AND SAVES MY DEAR LIFE! PLEASE READ THE NICE THINGS THEY HAVE TO SAY ABOUT ME AT THE SHELTER: A low-riding chunky monkey who simply could not be any sweeter, Truth is so gentle, so affectionate and so gosh darn cute that I must confess it was love at first sight for this swooning human! Hes a fantastic snuggler, perfectly sized to fit onto any lap, and despite a small injury to one front paw he eagerly jumps up to claim his rightful place on mine. I soon learn that Truth has a whole range of adorable noises, from snuffles to grumbles, that he uses to communicate with the world and while we lean into each other he grunts with pleasure as I rub his side. Off-lap he is just as easy to handle, a great walker who appears very house trained and seems to love his fellow canines as his tail whirs into a happy blur whenever we meet another dog. Truth also has a great passion for tennis balls and once he has one in his mouth, its going to stay there for a while! When it finally emerges, drool-covered but unharmed, theres a brief intermission of kick-and-retrieve before he settles down to chew it into submission, his wagging tail sweeping the floor behind him. How could anyone resist this soft-hearted boy with the sweet teddy bear face? Theres no one else quite like Truth and youll feel as if you won the doggie lottery when you walk out the door with this little beauty by your side. Hes all ready and waiting for you so come on in to the Manhattan Care Center and tell our staff that you want nothing but the Truth!
